"Daybreak Ltd." has been performing at weddings, private parties, corporate functions, conventions, and in clubs since 1983. Although they are a Bay Area group, they frequently travel to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Sacramento. With that kind of diverse experience, they know what music works with any type of crowd. Swing Era standards, 'lite' jazz, a mellow dinner set, romantic bossa nova, or high powered dance music... they can turn it on or off at your direction. "Daybreak's" repertoire draws from over forty years of popular music. Dance or listen to the music of Duke Ellington, Little Richard, The Beatles, Aretha, Huey Lewis, Chaka Kahn, Steve Winwood, or James Brown, just to name a few. "Daybreak's" big sound consists of a dynamic female singer, guitarist, keyboard player, bassist, drummer, and a versatile woodwind player covering saxophones and flute. All the members sing to create full harmonies and a rich vocal texture. "Daybreak With Horns" adds two more hot players to the group for an even bigger, brassier, motivating sound. The group has its own complete sound system, sound technician, and transportation. If your affair is a formal one, just say the word and the members will dress in black tie.
